ISO 9001:2008
With the aim of increasingly improving the performance of its services, BKBG developed a Quality Policy and created a detailed Management Manual, pursuant to the terms of the ISO 9001:2008 STANDARD, having been certified by Fundação Vanzolini, an entity accredited by INMETRO and member of IQNet (The International Certification Network), in all its practice areas, including its administrative sector.
With a quality management system in place, the internal controls of the firm’s activities are conducted in a more rigid manner, such that all members of the BKBG team are always committed to the Quality Policy established within the scope of the ISO Standard. Having the Legal Profession Bylaws and Code of Ethics and Discipline of the Brazilian Bar Association as the cornerstone of its practice, BKBG chose to implement the quality management system an enhanced control tool for its activities, thereby creating yet another means of satisfaction for the client.
The certification obtained by BKBG includes the organization of the firm’s administrative sector, institutional activity and delivery of legal services in the various practice areas (including consulting and litigation).
